2018 Congress Travel Awards for Graduate Students

In an effort to make Congress accessible to graduate students and recent PhD graduates, the University of Regina is offering the Graduate Student Travel Awards. Fully-qualified graduate students and recent PhD graduates will be able to apply for a subsidy of up to $500 in value towards accommodation, meal, and bookstore credits to facilitate participation at Congress 2018 to present papers, posters, or other creative works related to their research. Congress 2018 Academic Convenor André Magnan wrote a blog to encourage young academics to seize the opportunity and participate to Congress in Regina.

Applications will be reviewed on a first come, first served basis starting from January 15, 2018 and until the end of February.

If you are a graduate student, please consider submitting your proposal as soon as possible (see call for papers and submission details below for our 2018 conference) so that you can apply to benefit from the travel awards.
